Entry to CTC College of Performing Arts is by audition only. Auditions are free of charge and we are looking for potential not perfection!
> Raw talent, passion and trainability!
> Completed online application form
> Successful audition and interview at CTC Studios
> 4 GSCE’s grade 4 and above, including Maths and English (Level 3 only – resits available)
> A Levels / Level 3 equivalent (Foundation only – Level 3 top up qualifications available)
Audition candidates will be invited to the college for the morning and given a tour of the studios by our current students with the opportunity to perform their solo audition pieces to the panel (please see ‘What to Prepare’ below). The audition will then conclude with a short interview with the Principal.
> A monologue (contemporary or classical)
> A song (musical theatre preferred)
> A solo dance* (*optional – a style of your choice)
Audition pieces should be no longer than 1:30 each
